Immaculate Concepcion Catholic Church – Los Baños

The Immaculate Conception Parish Church (Filipino: Simbahan ng Parokya ng Immaculada Concepcion) is the oldest Roman Catholic church in the municipality of Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. Its titular is the Nuestra Señora del Aguas Santas (also Immaculate Conception) and its feast is celebrated every December 8.

Our Lady of Holy Rosary Parish – Luisiana

The cross-shaped Nuestra Señora del Rosario Parish Church was established in 1854, the same year Luisiana was declared a municipality separate from its mother town of Majayjay, some 11 km away.

Historical documents showed the church was burned in 1872. The construction of a stone edifice started in 1873. Its transept (an area that forms the arms of the cross) was built from 1878 to 1881.

San Sebastian Parish – Lumban

The San Sebastian Parish Church, informally known as Lumban Church, is the only Roman Catholic Church in Lumban, Laguna, Philippines. Its titular is St. Sebastian and its feast is celebrated every January 20. The first tabernacle outside Manila was inaugurated in Lumban including the first Eucharistic Procession outside of Manila. The Franciscans established the first School for Church Music in the country in this town under Father Juan de Santa Maria, OFM.

The Nuestra Señora de Candelaria Parish Church informally known as Mabitac Church is a Roman Catholic church located above Calvary or Kalbaryo Hill in Mabitac, Laguna, Philippines. Its church is known for having a staircase of 126 steps, a panoramic view of the town of Sta. Maria and Laguna lake, and the festivity of the Three Kings every January 6, a re-enactment of the Magi’s journey.

St. Bartholomew Parish – Nagcarlan

The San Bartolome Apostol Parish Church (Saint Bartholomew, the Apostle Parish Church) is a Roman Catholic church in Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines. Its titular is St. Bartholomew and its feast day is celebrated every August 24.

The tiered wall Nagcarlan church generally falls under the Baroque style. The design of the facade has a semicircular arched main entrance along with semicircular windows and tall pedestals and columns present also in the church’s side entrance. The four storey brick bell tower has bells with the Franciscan coat of arms (crossed arms of Christ and St. Francis of Assisi) and Muslim inspired crenelations.

St. James the Apostle Parish Church – Paete

The Saint James the Apostle Parish Church also known as The Roman Catholic Church of Saint James the Apostle or commonly known as Church of Paete is the only Roman Catholic church in Paete, Laguna, Philippines. Its patron saint is Saint James the Apostle and his feast is celebrated every 25 July. The church is known for its huge and exquisite collection of images depicting the Passion of Christ, its century-old paintings and wooden images of saints (or poon).

The Tatlong Krus (English: Three Crosses) are three crosses on the peak of mount Humarap, part of the mountain of Sierra Madre located in Paete, in the province of Laguna, along the northeastern coast of Luzon island in the Philippines. The Three Crosses started out with three wooden crosses and now are made of concrete.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Church, designated as the Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Pablo, is the only Roman Catholic Church in Pagsanjan, Laguna, Philippines, and the oldest church in the Philippines under the patronage of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
